This page explains how OnyxIQ handles basic site, account, contact, and billing data securely.
OnyxIQ may collect contact details you submit through forms, account email addresses used for Supabase authentication, and billing information processed by Lemon Squeezy. Payment card data is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processor, not by OnyxIQ servers.
We use submitted information to respond to consulting inquiries, provide account access, process purchases, maintain credits or product access, improve the site, and comply with operational or legal obligations.
OnyxIQ uses third-party services including Supabase for authentication/data infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, Lemon Squeezy for checkout and billing, and Vercel-style hosting infrastructure for deployment.
We keep operational records only as long as needed for support, billing, security, tax, accounting, or product access. You can request deletion or correction by contacting atul@onyxiq.in.
